Happy 4th birthday, Graham!

On Saturday, G had his 4th birthday party on his actual birthday. (All day he kept exclaiming how he was a "strong, big boy".) This is the first birthday party where we stayed in town and invited all his little buddies. We stuck to inviting only boys because, if we invited the girls too, my house would've been way beyond insane (and it's still too cold her to throw them outside!). Graham decided that he wanted a dino party with a blue cake with dinosaurs on it. As usual, Dad baked and decorated an AWESOME cake, which later Graham admitted was his favorite part of his party. The kids played party games in the basement, ate cake, and then generally ran amok on a sugar high. All in all it was a fun day. He even got to keep one of his buddies, cousin Ryan, at his house all weekend to play with. And I got to keep my mom and my aunt at my house, too, to keep me sane.

Now we're on to crossing items off of G's list of things-he-wants-to-do-when-it-finally-warms-up-around-here: camping, the beach, the park, the zoo, and the museum (to see dino bones). Sounds like a busy year of being 4!
