Three months

Why does three months seem like such an accomplishment? I guess cuz we know that he'll be holding his head up soon and eating solid foods soon and engaging with us more along the way. He's even moved into his own room now. The last two nights he's slept at least 7 hours straight, which is pretty amazing for a tired mom. Nap times are becoming a bit of a challenge, but I'm sure we'll work through them, too. In some ways the easy parts are over - sleeping a lot, easily consoled, and the hard parts are ahead of us - sleep training, getting on a schedule. However, for me the fun part is always coming next. We look forward to all the things that W will be able to do on his own. And now he has a big brother to be excited right along with us!
