Mother's Day

Mother's Day with 2 kids felt so much more needed and deserved this year, especially having a little, little one who has me at his beck and call 24/7. I got a full weekend of specials and love.

On Saturday Nathan took Graham to Home Depot for one of those free Saturday kids project things. They made a small wooden planter for me (and G got an apron with a button for the project he made).

While at Home Depot Graham decided to get me some flowers. Apparently, he saw them and said that I needed flowers and after some contemplating chose the purple flowers over the pink flowers. He's been paying attention!

After breakfast on Sunday we went to a local nursery and got plants to put in my new Earth Box. I spent the afternoon planting under a beautiful sunny sky.

Then we all enjoyed the gorgeous sunset off the deck after a lovely Thai takeout dinner.

And let's not forget about Warren's gift... He slept for 11 hours straight on Sunday night. How did he know what to get me ;-)
