Do you know how long I've been trying to get Graham to drink from a bottle/sippy cup independently? It's been at least 4 weeks. Today he was able to sit for the first time and lift those sweet little arms enough to get 80% of the milk out of his bottle. And do you know what I call that - success!!! Today at the mall I was able to put G's sippy cup in his stroller cup holder and he could drink his juice as we went through the mall. Now, these may sound like silly nothings to blog about, but I celebrate each step in Graham's self-reliance. He is so proud of himself as evidenced by the bright eyes and the tell-tale smirk. Also each milestone in independence means we get a little less time attached at the hip which I think we both enjoy. So congrats to us both, my little boy!

Breakthrough
