I've been tagged by my friend Erica (Jackson's mom) on her website. I am supposed to list 6 random things about myself that might not be that obvious. Get all your giggles and Oh my God, really??? comments out of your system now.
1. I have a bit of a criminal record in Great Britain. I was sightseeing with my mom at Parliament in London and I turned over my pepper spray to the guard, as the signs there told me to do. Well, I guess pepper spray had been outlawed in the country 6 weeks before I arrived and it was a crime to carry it anywhere. So the guard pulled me aside, filled out a report and confiscated my pepper spray - but only after me asking if he could mail it to me in Germany - What was I thinking??? That was over 10 years ago. Do you think that form is still around somewhere?
2. If I could ask God for one talent that I don't have, it would be the ability to sing. You know, like Beyonce and Aretha Franklin. That would be over-the-top tight!
3. I really dislike Alex Trebeck. He's just so smug on Jeopardy. I hate when he says that the players are wrong and why - like he's showing what he knows when he has the answers right there on his card. Why rub it in anyway - you know the contestants feel bad enough already for getting the answer wrong. I just can't stand that guy!
4. When I was little, I used to collect broken pieces of porcelin. They were all over our back yard, I guess from old broken planters. I used to dig them up and tell my mom that I knew they'd be worth something some day. That and my pursuit of that lucrative teaching career were really leading me down the path to prosperity, weren't they?
5. I get claustrophobic in my own clothes sometimes. I feel really uncomfortable when clothes cling to my arms, especially. I'd rather be cold than wear layers. My favorite day of the year is when it's warm enough to wear a t-shirt for the first time - very liberating!
6. I used to work at Auntie Anne's when I was in college. I can roll a mad pretzel!

Oh my gosh, those are all hilarious! I dislike Alex Trebeck as well. I really hate watching Jeopardy...it's fun to play online though!
